Terms of Use
1. The service
The School Timetable Builder (the "service") calculates weekly timetables for schools from data that an AI assistant sends on your behalf. It is run by Theis Wilbek, Denmark ("we"). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Free service, no guarantees
- The service is currently free. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and availability.
- We do not guarantee that a timetable can be found, that it is free of errors, that it meets agreements, collective agreements, laws or local rules that apply to your school, or that the service is available at any given time.
- Usage limits apply and may change. We may change, pause or stop the service at any time without notice.
- We may end the free service at any time, for example to replace it with a paid service. Nothing is ever charged through the free service; a paid service would require a separate sign-up and agreement.
3. Your responsibility
- Check the result. Every timetable is a suggestion. You must check it before you use it or share it, and you decide whether to use it.
- Keep your own copy. We delete everything within 24 hours. The files the assistant gives you in the chat are your only copy.
- No personal or sensitive data. You may use real teacher names in your chat; the assistant sends only codes. Never ask it to send names or data about pupils, and never enter health information or other sensitive information (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the data you or your assistant send to the service, and for having the right to use it.
- Your use of the AI assistant is governed by the assistant provider's own terms. We are not responsible for what the assistant says or does.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. This includes trying to get around usage limits, overloading or attacking the service, sending malicious content, or using it for anything other than school timetabling. We may block use that breaks these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, or from being unable to use it. This includes lost time, lost data, wrong or unusable timetables, and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
6. Your timetables
You keep all rights to the data you send and to the timetables you receive. We only use them to provide the service and delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Danish law. Questions: timetablingengine.support@gmail.com.
